You build and preview your site yourself, live, right on our homepage — no waiting on us to see it. Once you're happy and subscribe, we register your domain and set up hosting, usually within 5 days, then take your site live.

No. There's no setup fee — build and preview your site for free, and only pay once you're happy with it. From there it's R495/month, nothing else.

Yes. If we register a new domain for you, it is registered in your name and you own it. You can transfer it to any other registrar at any time.

If you already have a domain, we'll connect your existing domain to your new site at no extra charge.

Absolutely. When you sign up, select "I have an existing domain" and enter your domain name. We'll provide the DNS records (A/CNAME) you need to point it to your new Website Hire site. Your registrar doesn't change — you just update two DNS records.

Yes. The monthly fee covers everything: hosting on our fast South African servers, SSL certificate, regular backups, platform maintenance, and security updates. There are no hidden extras.

Small changes (text, photos, contact details, services) are included at no extra cost. Just visit our Request a Change page, enter your site code (WH-XXXX), and describe what you'd like updated. We aim to apply changes within 2 business days.

Major redesigns or structural changes may be quoted separately.

Yes — all 12 colour themes are included with your plan. If you'd like to switch themes, just submit a change request and we'll update it at no charge.

Yes, you can cancel at any time. There are no long-term contracts. Your site will remain live until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

To cancel, email us or send a WhatsApp message. We'll handle everything and can give you an export of your content if you need it.

Your domain is yours. If we registered it for you, we'll transfer management back to you at no charge. If you registered it yourself, nothing changes on your end — just update your DNS records to point elsewhere.

You provide the raw content (your business description, services list, contact details) and any photos you have. We handle the layout, design, and copyediting.

If you don't have professional photos, stock images can be used — just mention it on your onboarding form and we'll select suitable images for your industry.

We manage content updates for you as part of the monthly fee — just send a change request. There is no DIY editor to worry about, which keeps your site fast and secure.

Yes. Every Website Hire site is fully responsive and looks great on phones, tablets, and desktops. We test on multiple screen sizes before sending you the preview.
