1. Services

Website Hire builds and hosts websites for businesses based on information provided in the onboarding form.

2. Payment

There is no setup fee. Monthly hosting fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable once the current billing period has started.

3. Content

You confirm all content and images you supply are owned by you or you have written permission to use them. You indemnify us against any claims arising from content you provide.

4. Delivery

You can build and preview your site yourself, free, before paying anything. Once you subscribe, we aim to register your domain and set up hosting within 5 days. This timeline may vary depending on domain registration and the volume of current work.

5. Changes

Reasonable content changes are included. Structural redesigns or plan changes may incur additional fees which will be quoted in advance.

6. Cancellation

Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. You will receive a copy of your site files on cancellation. No refund is given for partial months.

7. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the Western Cape High Court.
